Survey on your experience with the services
Do you have a few minutes to talk to us about your recent experience when you have asked for or consulted our services?
The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services is launching a new survey on client satisfaction with regard to services combatting violence against women and sexual violence. Your feedback helps us to improve the way we provide our services.
To complete the survey:
Visit the website www.ontario.ca/ParoleAuxSurvivantes and answer the questions. It takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete the survey.
Contact us to obtain the client password that links the survey to the Victoria Women’s Centre. This client password will be requested at the first question of the survey. You can call your caseworker, the VWC offices, or email us at info@centrevictoria.ca.
Survey Information
- You have the option to participate in the survey or not. Whether you choose to respond to the survey or not will NOT affect the services you are waiting for or currently receiving.
- The survey is available online in both French and English and is accessible on most screen readers. It may also be available in other languages.
- We also offer paper copies upon request and when the situation requires. You can return them directly by mail at no cost.
- All the information you provide is general—neither you nor the person you accompany can be identified.
Online Option:
- After this meeting, we will send you an invitation to participate in the survey with a client password by email and/or provide you with a brochure containing the link to the survey to take home.
- Please contact us to obtain the client password: https://www.centrevictoria.ca/nous-joindre/
- If you prefer to complete the survey now while you are on-site, we can provide you with a tablet or computer and a private space or room.
