Complaint Against CVF Services
Centre Victoria pour femmes (CVF) is committed to respecting individuals and aims to provide healthy, violence-free living conditions through French-language services in Northern Ontario. Please be assured that your complaint will be received and considered with attention and confidentiality. CVF is dedicated to providing high-quality service.
What is a Complaint?
You may file a complaint if:
- You feel you have not been treated properly.
- You disagree with a decision made about you.
- You believe you have been a victim of discrimination.
- Or for other reasons.

What Happens to Your Complaint?
- CVF will assess whether your complaint is admissible.
- You will receive an acknowledgment of your complaint (if you provide your contact details).
- We will investigate your complaint and keep you informed about the results of the investigation.
- If necessary, we will present our proposed solution to you.
